We decided to change upgrade policy since the price for major version upgrade is not mentioned in the current upgrade policy and it is very difficult for us to manage this policy.

The new upgrade policy will be beneficial to both the registered users and new users.

Upgrade Policy until 31 Dec 2003

Every ReenSoft purchase until the end of Dec 2003 includes free upgrade within 6 months or the same major version.

Upgrade Policy from 1 Jan 2004

Every ReenSoft purchase includes free upgrade of minor updates. For example, if you have purchased version 1.0, all the further version 1.x will be free.

In addition, you can upgrade for 50% off the normal price when the next major version (2.0, 3.0, etc.) of software you have purchased is released. If the next major version is released within 30 days from your previous version purchase, you are entitled to a free upgrade.

Detailed application of upgrade policy

Purchase before 31 Dec 2003

You are entitled to a free upgrade to the minor or major version updates within 6 months.

We didn't mention about the maror version upgrade in the upgrade policy. So you should purchase the new major version again for the normal price according to the upgrade policy after 6 months from you purchased previous version. But we will give you the chance to upgrade for 50% off the normal price of the software you have purchased.

If you purchased before 31 Dec 2003 and the new major version is released within 6 months from you purchased, you can upgrade freely. But new users who may purchase after 1 Jan 2004 should upgrade major version update for 50% off the normal price.
Purchase after 1 Jan 2004

Every purchase after 1 Jan 2004 will be applied to new upgrade policy above.
